Return & Exchanges

We do not accept REFUNDS, but if you are not satisfied with the item you bought, you may exchange it with other item(s).

Please note that items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached.
Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All returns & exchanges must be communicated to us within 3 working days after receiving the package.

 

We will accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

a) Wrong Item Given
If you have received an incorrect item, we will process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered.

b) A Defective Item
Any irregularities in the garment are results of the process and are integral to the individualities of the garment. Anyhow if you are not happy with the item, you may send us picture of the defect(s) so we are able to decide whether you can exchange it or not.

c) Size Issue
Do take note that measurements may vary 0.5 – 0.75 inches due to manufacturing process. If you have size issues with the item you have purchased, we accept size exchange if there is stock available for the desired size.

 

Follow these instructions if you wish to do exchanges

1. CONTACT US

Please email us at contact@revesstudio.com or send us message in the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of the page with the heading ‘Returns & Exchanges’ to start the process of your returns or exchanges. Please also provide information why you want to return the item. We will get back to you with further instructions and an address to mail it back to.

2. MAIL IT

Items must be mailed for return within 3 days of arrival date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use courier service that provides tracking number.

3. EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Once we have received the return and check the item(s) condition, we will send you the exchange items.

Please take note that Returns & Exchanges are only allowed ONCE per purchase.
