Shipping Informations

We use SiCepat (www.sicepat.com) courier service for local Indonesian orders. RÊVES STUDIO will ship orders from Monday to Friday, no shipment

is made during public holidays or during the weekend. We will deliver your order after we have received your payment in the full amount. Payment made before 3PM will be shipped the same day, payments made after 3PM will be processed the next day.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your purchase after receiving your full payment. Payment confirmations that are received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

We do provide international shipping. We use DHL courier service for International orders. If you have any questions regarding International orders, kindly send us an email at contact@revesstudio.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours after shipment is made. RÊVES STUDIO is not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed at your shipping address.

We do not take responsibility if the package is not delivered in time due to an incomplete address/ misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
